Recruitment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: drafting job ads, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates
Create clear, engaging job postings and publish them across the right platforms
Serve as a key link between the recruitment team, hiring managers, and candidates — ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
Organize recruitment and employer branding activities and assist in HR-related projects
Maintain recruitment reporting and keep all applicant tracking data accurate and up to date
What We Expect From You
Experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a similar administrative people-focused role
Confidence working with recruitment systems (experience with ATS platforms such as Teamtailor is a plus)
Strong communication skills and a clear, candidate-friendly writing style in English
A proactive, flexible mindset and the ability to stay organized even in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in improving processes and workflows
Being familiar with the Dallas area is considered an advantage
