Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: drafting job ads, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates

• Create clear, engaging job postings and publish them across the right platforms

• Serve as a key link between the recruitment team, hiring managers, and candidates — ensuring an outstanding candidate experience

• Organize recruitment and employer branding activities and assist in HR-related projects

• Maintain recruitment reporting and keep all applicant tracking data accurate and up to date

What We Expect From You

• Experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a similar administrative people-focused role

• Confidence working with recruitment systems (experience with ATS platforms such as Teamtailor is a plus)

• Strong communication skills and a clear, candidate-friendly writing style in English

• A proactive, flexible mindset and the ability to stay organized even in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in improving processes and workflows

• Being familiar with the Dallas area is considered an advantage
