Agent Operations Coordinator
Driven and detail-smart coordinator who empowers gold-buying agents, keeps operations seamless, and turns documentation and communication into smooth, reliable flow every day.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all agent documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal guidelines
Maintain up-to-date records of agents, their assigned vehicles, equipment, and operational responsibilities
Support agents with daily operational needs and ensure smooth information flow across the organization
Coordinate onboarding, communication, and ongoing updates for the agent network
Work closely with fleet, security, and finance teams to keep all data, assignments, and reporting aligned
Monitor operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and support improvements
Maintain clear documentation and structured systems to track agent performance, activity, and resources
What We Expect From You
Experience in coordination, operations support, field team management, or administrative roles
Excellent organizational skills and a structured working style
Strong communication abilities and confidence in working with people from diverse backgrounds
High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records in fast-paced situations
Comfort working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and internal systems
A proactive mindset and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
