Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all agent documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal guidelines

• Maintain up-to-date records of agents, their assigned vehicles, equipment, and operational responsibilities

• Support agents with daily operational needs and ensure smooth information flow across the organization

• Coordinate onboarding, communication, and ongoing updates for the agent network

• Work closely with fleet, security, and finance teams to keep all data, assignments, and reporting aligned

• Monitor operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and support improvements

• Maintain clear documentation and structured systems to track agent performance, activity, and resources

• Experience in coordination, operations support, field team management, or administrative roles

• Excellent organizational skills and a structured working style

• Strong communication abilities and confidence in working with people from diverse backgrounds

• High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records in fast-paced situations

• Comfort working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and internal systems

• A proactive mindset and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
