Fleet Field Support Specialist
Hands-on Fleet Coordinator supporting the Fleet Manager, ensuring vehicles, equipment and logistics run smoothly. Ideal for someone who loves practical work, problem-solving and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Fleet Manager with day-to-day fleet operations and vehicle coordination
Physically inspect vehicles, check equipment, and ensure cars meet operational standards
Coordinate vehicle handovers, pickups, deliveries, and on-site arrangements
Take vehicles to service appointments, repair shops, and equipment installations
Support with equipment setup, vehicle preparation, and ensuring readiness for field agents
Maintain basic records of vehicle status, upcoming maintenance, and operational needs (light admin only)
Communicate with service providers, mechanics, and partners as needed
Respond quickly to fleet-related issues and help keep operations running without interruption
What We Expect From You
Experience in fleet operations, logistics, automotive support, or similar hands-on roles
Strong practical skills and willingness to work physically with vehicles and equipment
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and follow up carefully
A proactive, “get-it-done” attitude and problem-solving mindset
Good communication skills and a cooperative approach to working with other teams
Valid driver’s license and confidence driving different types of vehicles
Based in the Dallas area (or willing to relocate)
