Customer Service Agent
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Agent provides professional support to customers regarding gold buying and selling services, tour events, orders, and general inquiries. This role ensures accurate information, regulatory awareness, and a high standard of customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms
Provide general information on gold buying, selling, pricing, and processes (non-advisory)
Assist with bookings, order status, and documentation requests
Escalate pricing, compliance, or transaction issues as required
Maintain accurate customer records and communications
Qualifications:
Customer service experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and confidentiality awareness
What We Expect From You
Experience in fleet operations, logistics, automotive support, or similar hands-on roles
Strong practical skills and willingness to work physically with vehicles and equipment
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and follow up carefully
A proactive, “get-it-done” attitude and problem-solving mindset
Good communication skills and a cooperative approach to working with other teams
Valid driver’s license and confidence driving different types of vehicles
Based in the Dallas area (or willing to relocate)
