Human Resources Manager

Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business objectives by developing and implementing HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with company goals
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies
Oversee performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies
Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination (in collaboration with finance)
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
Manage training and professional development programs
Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially
Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics
Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture
What We Expect From You
7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and follow up carefully
A proactive, “get-it-done” attitude and problem-solving mindset
Good communication skills and a cooperative approach to working with other teams
Based in the Dallas area (or willing to relocate)
