CFO Executive Assistant
The Role
As Executive Assistant to the CFO, you will play a key role in supporting the financial leadership of the company by ensuring that administrative, organizational, and coordination tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.
You will work closely with the CFO and finance team to manage schedules, coordinate internal and external communications, prepare materials for meetings, and assist with financial and operational projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
This position is highly trusted and detail-oriented — you will help ensure the CFO’s time, communications, and projects are managed smoothly so the finance function can operate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CFO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CFO
Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for meetings and financial reviews
Assist with organizing materials for board meetings, audits, and investor communications
Track and follow up on key action items and financial projects
Support coordination with external advisors including auditors, tax professionals, and consultants
Maintain organized financial and administrative records
Assist with expense tracking, document management, and financial documentation
Help coordinate cross-functional communication between finance and other departments
Provide general administrative and project support to the finance leadership team
Qualifications
3–7+ years experience supporting senior executives or finance leadership
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Experience supporting finance, accounting, or executive leadership teams preferred
