Our safe, reliable, and above all customer-centric service model has made selling gold simple and accessible for tens of thousands of customers, and now our ambition is to bring this same effortless experience to new major markets, including the United States.
Now we are looking for a Head of Growth to lead and scale our digital customer acquisition and growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving measurable growth, optimizing the entire customer funnel, and ensuring that we leverage all acquisition channels in the most effective way possible.
Your responsibilities include
Leading and developing digital customer acquisition across campaigns, ensuring all acquisition channels are utilized and optimized effectively
Taking ownership of lead generation and continuously improving the full funnel: from first touchpoint to qualified lead to customer selling their gold
Scaling performance marketing across key platforms, particularly Google and Meta
Identifying new growth opportunities, testing channels and approaches, and scaling what works
Using data and analytics to guide decision-making, prioritize initiatives, and improve performance
Building clear reporting and translating data into actionable business insights
Working closely with other geos marketing, sales, and operational teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives
We expect from you
Proven experience in a Head of Growth, Growth Lead, Performance Marketing Lead, or similar role
Strong expertise in digital customer acquisition and lead generation
Demonstrated experience managing and scaling campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads
A strong understanding of funnels, conversion optimization, and lifecycle thinking. So not just generating leads, but turning users into customers
Strong analytical and business-oriented thinking, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and development ideas
A hands-on, proactive, and results-driven mindset
